Through platforms that we have either developed in house or have been developed by our partners we specialize in Claim Factoring. The platforms are branded as ClaimPay, RePlan , CAR Poland , Free Poland & GreenTechs .
ClaimPay.
In the USA, ClaimPay has been built to help provide liquidity to businesses that are locked in litigation with insurance companies in over 20 states. ClaimPay specializes in providing cash flow solutions to property damage providers such as mitigation and remediation companies, mold and engineering assessors, roofers, and other professionals involved in services related to AOBs, LOPs, or Service Agreements. After funding the claim we recover from the insurance company through negotiated settlement or litigation, repay the investor’s capital and fee, and return the excess to the property damage provider.
This fin-tech platform uses a bespoke claims management system and works with trusted partners providing legal expertise and funding so that meritous claims can be settled.

ClaimPay Services helps to provide bridge financing to emergency response entities to fund government-backed contracts
RePlan.
RePlan focuses on the plight of consumers in Poland caught in the Swiss franc mortgage scandal and has been built to offer access to justice. Thousands of borrowers saw their mortgages double in size when they were encouraged to take out mortgages in Swiss Frances. Our platform enables consumers to sell their claims for cash on a non-recourse basis bringing finality to their claim. RePlan subsequently litigates against the lenders to recover the investor’s cash.
CAR Poland.
An affiliate of the Hestia Group, CAR Poland, provides capital for factoring insurance claims. CAR Poland’s partner has built a proven unique factoring business buying auto property damage insurance claims in Poland. The fintech platform calculates the claim, manages the claim process, and minimizes legal involvement.
Our partner now wishes to litigate claims internally and grow business in Poland and other countries. CAR POLAND is the financing vehicle providing capital to this business.
Free Poland.
Free Poland was developed to provide quick recourse to borrowers in situations where lenders have abused certain key provisions of the consumer credit directive and Polish consumers have suffered as a result. This fin-tech platform quickly evaluates potential claims and provides instant cash to the borrower in return for the assignment of the claims. Free Poland then works with trusted partners providing legal expertise and funding so that meritous litigation can proceed and investor funding can be recovered.
GreenTechs.
GreenTechs is a comprehensive Fintech platform designed to streamline the EU grant applications as well as accelerate grant payments to businesses and individuals.
